.FarSync Flex X25 USB adapter

Overview

The FarSync Flex X.25 adapter is a high quality X.25 solution for business, government and military applications, it has been developed to provide high performance, versatile X.25 connectivity for Linux and Windows systems.

The X.25 software has a host of features including ISO Transport (classes 0 to 3), IP over X.25, support for OpenFT FTAM, a WinSock2 compliant Sockets API, a Java API, a COM Port API, and a LAPB layer 2 (HDLC) that is also directly accessible by its own API. The Sockets API is also accessible from .NET applications.

The line powered USB adapter will support an X.25 line at speeds of up to 2.048 Mbits/s. The highly flexible universal network connector supports RS232C, X.21, RS530 (RS422), RS449 and V.35 network interfaces.

FarSync X.25 T-Series Universal PCI and PCI Express adapters

Overview

The intelligent FarSync T-Series adapters have been developed to provide very high performance and high reliability X.25 connectivity for Linux and Windows. The cards in the range all feature a Universal PCI or PCI Express bus interface supporting from 1 to 4 ports. The cards are in use world-wide with a huge installed base used on mission critical applications.

The X.25 software has a host of features including ISO Transport (classes 0 to 3), IP over X.25, support for OpenFT FTAM, a WinSock2 compliant Sockets API, a Java API, a COM Port API, and a LAPB layer 2 (HDLC) that is also directly accessible by its own API. The Sockets API is also accessible from .NET applications.

FarSync X.25 M-Series PCMCIA (PC Card) adapters

Overview

The FarSync X.25 M1P v2 adapter has been developed to provide high performance X.25 connectivity for Windows for laptops that require a PCMCIA (PC Card) adapter.  The 1 port PCMCIA card can utilise lines up to 512 Kbits/s with support for  RS232C, X.21, RS530 (RS422) and V.35 network interfaces.

The X.25 software has a host of features including ISO Transport (classes 0 to 3), IP over X.25, support for OpenFT FTAM, a WinSock2 compliant Sockets API, a Java API, a COM Port API, and a LAPB layer 2 (HDLC) that is also directly accessible by its own API. .FarSync XOT Runtime software for Linux

Overview

The FarSync XOT Runtime has been developed to provide high performance and very reliable XOT connectivity for Linux. The FarSync XOT Runtime inter-operates with the FarLinX X25 Gateway and other XOT devices, this can allow a complete X.25 network to be replaced except for the final connection to the host. The diagram above illustrates this.

There are 2 main APIs, a Sockets based interface and a Java API. There is also an APIs to the ISO Transport layers (ISO 8073 - connection oriented). A comprehensive Developers Toolkit is included with the product. The API as compatible with the FarSync X.25 APIs.
